Omnipix provides access to AI-assisted media tools, credits, uploads, generated outputs, avatars, voices, and related workflows. The service depends on third-party models and infrastructure and may change, fail, refuse, delay, moderate, or produce unexpected results.

AI outputs are provided as generated. Omnipix does not promise that outputs are accurate, lawful, safe, original, non-infringing, merchantable, fit for a particular purpose, suitable for commercial use, free of defects, or accepted by any platform, regulator, customer, or marketplace.

Users are solely responsible for prompts, uploads, settings, generated outputs, publication, commercial use, rights clearance, consent, legal checks, and compliance with applicable law. Users must inspect outputs before relying on them and must not treat outputs as legal, medical, financial, safety, professional, or factual advice.

Credits are a limited, revocable digital service balance for generation workflows. Unless mandatory law says otherwise, credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and are not refunded merely because the user dislikes an output, entered a poor prompt, selected wrong settings, expected a different style, or received an imperfect AI result.

If credits are actually deducted for a generation that fails to complete and produces no deliverable output, Omnipix's intended remedy is to re-credit the affected account or provide an equivalent service credit. This should not normally occur by design because failed reservations are intended to be refunded automatically.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omnipix is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, reputational, business, data-loss, lost-profit, or third-party claims. Nothing limits liability or consumer/privacy/payment rights that cannot legally be excluded.
