Omnipix is designed so credits are reserved for generation and automatically returned if the generation fails before producing a deliverable output. If credits are deducted despite a failed generation with no deliverable output, the primary remedy is to re-credit the user's account or provide equivalent service credit.

No refund is owed merely because an AI output is subjective, imperfect, surprising, low quality, stylistically different, factually wrong, commercially unsuitable, rejected by a third party, or not what the user hoped for. Users are responsible for prompts, inputs, settings, and checking outputs before use.

Unused credits are generally not redeemable for cash, transferable, or refundable except where required by mandatory law, payment rules, or a written offer at checkout. Promotional, trial, bonus, or manually granted credits may expire or be revoked for abuse unless prohibited by law.

For consumers with non-waivable withdrawal or digital-content rights, Omnipix will honor mandatory remedies. Where allowed, the user consents to immediate digital service delivery and acknowledges that withdrawal rights may be affected once credits are used or generation begins.
