IP and Content Complaints

Content and rights complaints may be submitted through the contact form on this page.

Rights holders, affected persons, and authorized representatives may report content that allegedly infringes intellectual property, violates privacy/publicity rights, uses a likeness or voice without consent, or is otherwise unlawful.

A useful notice should include the complainant's name and contact details, proof of authority if acting for someone else, identification of the protected work/person/right, the URL or identifier of the challenged content, a clear explanation of the issue, and a good-faith statement that the information is accurate.

Omnipix may remove or restrict content, disable public sharing, suspend accounts, request more information, forward notice details to the affected user, or reject incomplete or abusive notices. This process does not replace formal statutory notice systems where they apply.
