Credits are digital service units used to request AI generation or related workflows. Prices, currencies, taxes, included credit amounts, and limits are shown at checkout. Credits do not guarantee any specific artistic, commercial, legal, or technical result.

The customer requests immediate supply of the digital service after purchase. Where applicable, the customer acknowledges that using credits or starting generation may affect or waive withdrawal rights for digital content or digital services, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

If paid credits are deducted for a generation that fails to complete and produces no deliverable output, the intended remedy is account re-credit or equivalent service credit. Monetary refunds, chargebacks, tax corrections, and consumer remedies are handled under the Refund Policy and mandatory law.
